Summer is about lightness, sun and sea. We have prepared a new seasonal menu inspired by the south coast: fresh tomatoes, cool soups, shrimp, mussels and other seafood. Everything to feel a vacation even in the city center is in every dish, in every chord of taste and texture of ingredients.
"In this menu, we tried to combine local products, original dressings and gastronomic accents so that the taste was both understandable and memorable,— says brand chef Pavel Larionov. — Everything turned out to be light, but with depth — as it should be in summer. And the dessert was invented by Viktor Alexandrov, our brand pastry chef. He added a bright final note to the season."
Cold soups:
- - Gazpacho — classic Andalusian cold soup in three versions:
- with tomatoes, basil, sriracha and charcoal croutons,
- with shrimp,
- with crab meat.
Each option is summery, light and intense in its own way.
- - Okroshka — in two interpretations: on kvass or on kefir. With turkey pastrami, boiled potatoes, radishes, fresh cucumbers, herbs, quail egg and rye croutons. A favorite and delicate summer dish.
Snacks and salads:
- - Tiger shrimp carpaccio — the thinnest sliced shrimp with lime, sea herb sauce, capers and parmesan. The taste is rounded off by sesame kimchi and microgreens. Available in full and half portions.
- - Salad with squid and octopus is a light but flavorful mix with avocado, fresh tomatoes and a delicate curd-nut mousse. Served with green butter and spicy sesame kimchi.
Main dishes:

- Mussels in tomato sauce — with garlic baguette, parmesan, thyme and basil. Southern character, sea fragrance and mild spice.
- - Mussels in gorgonzola sauce — in a rich creamy sauce with blue cheese, shallots and herbs. Deep taste, perfect for white wine.
- - Capellini with vongole and shrimp is an exquisite and airy pasta with seafood, spicy herbs and crispy chives.
- - Murmansk cod with asparagus and zucchini — fish in a honey-spicy marinade with shiso sauce and frisee salad. Asian steak — tender beef tenderloin with oyster mushrooms, lemongrass and chili pepper, served with spinach and demiglas sauce with lime and ginger.
Dessert:
- - "Peach" — vanilla and chocolate mousse with a bright peach center, served with almond crumble and strawberry ice cream. Everything you need to finish a summer dinner: coolness, lightness and a little magic.
