The beginning of September is always a bit special. After a long summer, the usual rhythm is returning, new plans, meetings and discoveries are ahead. At Black Market, we celebrate our favorite fall season with a festive dessert collection inspired by school motifs and the first colors of autumn.
"By September 1, the collection has already become an annual tradition for us," says brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov. — Every year we keep the familiar school motifs, but we change the details of the design and add new accents. Desserts are based on favorite combinations with berries, chocolate, vanilla and tropical fruits. This year, the Excellent Student tartlet appeared among them — a delicate vanilla sponge cake with strawberries and chocolate mousse, decorated like a school notebook. The collection is suitable for a sweet gift to a student or teacher, and for a festive table for the whole family."
School stories
- Cupcake "September 1st" is an airy sponge cake "Red Velvet" with a delicate curd cream and a filling of fresh strawberries. It is decorated with a figurine of a bear cub with flowers made of mastic and biscuit crumbs.
- Excellent Student tartlet — vanilla sponge cake, fresh strawberries and delicate chocolate mousse on a crunchy almond cake. It is covered with mirror glaze, stylized as a school notebook.
First estimates
- Geometry cupcake is a vanilla sponge cake with raspberry topping and tropical mango passion fruit cream. Decorated with flowers, numbers and geometric shapes made of mastic.
- Set of cakes "School" — four chocolate brownies with air cream based on cottage cheese and cream. Each is decorated in its own school aesthetic: pencils, an autumn leaf, a notebook, geometric shapes and letters.
The sweet beginning of autumn
- The Autumn dessert is an almond sponge cake with pistachio—chocolate mousse and a filling of fresh raspberries in a chocolate case. It is made in the form of a bright autumn leaf.
- Bento cake "School time" — vanilla sponge cake with strawberry impregnation, cream cheese and fresh strawberries. Decorated with waffle paper with drawings, mastic leaves, chocolate fives, fresh blueberries and raspberries.
- Library bento cake — Red Velvet sponge cake with beetroot juice and cream cheese. The decor resembles a shelf with your favorite books: mastic books with gilded spines are complemented with waffle paper, fresh raspberries and blueberries.
