We know how important it is to diversify the diet during Lent.
The Black Market restaurant of modern gastronomy has been presenting a full-fledged Lean menu with appetizers, salads, soups, hot dishes and, of course, desserts since March 18th!
Among salads and snacks, you should pay attention to a Large portion of Green salad with avocado, spinach, broccoli, zucchini, apples and citrus chili sauce, or for example, a Salad with persimmon under an Asian dressing.
For those who love soups, be sure to try the lean Tom Yam with coconut milk, rice, mushrooms and ginger or Mushroom Cream Soup with pistachios and watercress.
A large selection of hot dishes with a non-trivial serving, including Gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, Crispy Szechuan vegetables, Crumpled potatoes with porcini mushrooms and everyone's favorite Quesadilla with spinach.
As desserts, we suggest you try: Date pudding with sorbet and vanilla sauce, Tapioca with coconut milk with mango, strawberries and lime or Lemon pie with meringue.
In addition, you can always order a fragrant specialty coffee with alternative milk.
