The Black Market restaurant invites you to visit the themed Gastronomic dinner "Tsarist Russia"!
This time we were inspired by the incredible atmosphere of Russian fairy tales and charming antiquity. Overseas dishes, sparkling, like a scarlet flower, dishes, a rich self-made tablecloth and a feast for the whole world with drinks like a river — all this awaits you at a new dinner from Black Market.
Wondering how the Russian tsars and their guests ate, Pavel Larionov, Brand chief of the iconfood restaurant holding I have carefully studied the menu of Ancient Russia and, slightly adapting it to modern taste, I have prepared four wonderful dishes that you will not be able to tear yourself away from. And, as befits any fairy tale, for a happy ending to the feast Brand pastry chef Viktor Alexandrov has come up with a magical dessert!
The triumph of abundance, of course, will not end there. Our friends from Simple will act as partners of the gastronomy, who have selected the most ideal pair of accompanying drinks for each dish. We are sure that the Russian tsars themselves would envy such a choice of overseas wines!
